DELIVERY & SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).

 Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the delivery status in real time. We currently offer shipping within Taiwan (main island) via Home Delivery, 7-11, or FamilyMart store-to-store services.

For international customers, shipping will be arranged with freight collect service, and actual shipping costs will vary depending on the destination.

We hope you love every product from Zen Project. If you receive a defective item or the wrong size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in brand-new, unused condition with original packaging. Please provide your order number and photos of the item for our team to review.

Please note that customized items and personal hygiene products are not eligible for return or exchange.

 Returns or exchanges due to personal preferences (such as wrong size or change of mind) must be handled at the customer’s own shipping expense.

出貨後,我們將提供物流追蹤編號,協助您即時掌握配送進度。目前提供之配送服務涵蓋台灣本島地區,運送方式包括宅配、7-11 與全家便利商店取貨服務。

海外顧客之訂單,將採用運費貨到付款方式處理,實際運費依配送地區而有所不同,將另行計算並通知。

我們致力於確保每一位顧客對 Zen Project 商品感到滿意。若您收到的商品有瑕疵、或因出貨錯誤導致尺寸不符,請於 7 日內與我們聯繫,我們將協助您辦理退換貨事宜。退換之商品須為全新未經使用,且包裝完整無損,並請提供訂單編號與商品照片以利審核作業。

敬請注意,客製化商品及個人衛生用品恕不接受退換。若因個人因素(如尺寸不合或個人主觀意願)申請退換貨,來回運費將由顧客自行負擔。
